    • Sales Strategy & Performance:

    Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed store targets.

    Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings.

    Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team.

    Monitor and report on sales performance; adjust strategies as needed

    1. Team Management:

    Hire, train, and develop sales staff.

    Motivate the team to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals.

    Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and conduct performance reviews.

    Lead regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.

    1. Customer Service Excellence:

    Ensure high-quality customer service at all times.

    Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

    1. Product & Inventory Oversight:

    Manage daily cash flow, budgets, and financial reports.

    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

    Prepare sales forecasts and end-of-month performance reports.

    Key Skills & Qualities:

    In-depth product knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty trends.
