    Business Sales Manager Opportunity

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a seasoned Business Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships in Nigeria's Telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience working with key players, including MTN, Aritel, IHS Tower, ATC Tower, ISPs, and local contractors.

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Foster strong relationships with operators, towers companies, and local contractors.
    • Negotiate and secure sales contracts with key clients.

    Instructions:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. If you have a proven track record of success in the Telecom industry and are passionate about sales leadership, we encourage you to apply.

    Language and Communication Skills:

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. You should be able to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, from technical experts to executive-level decision-makers.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • At least 15 years of work experience in the Telecom industry.
    • Prior experience working with major Telecom operators, such as MTN, Aritel, IHS Tower, and ATC Tower.

    Bonus and Compensation:

    Salary: Basic salary range N750,000 - N1,000,000 per month. Bonus structure to be discussed upon award of projects.
