JOB SUMMARY
Requirements Possess a BSc/HND or equivalent education, with a minimum of four years in a technical role. Demonstrate expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems. Identify, analyze, and evaluate mature and transitioning technologies to meet emerging requirements. Conduct in-depth root-cause analysis to address service interruptions and establish preventive measures. Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions. Act as the team's technical subject matter expert and provide support for technical escalations. Design, develop, implement, and test technical solutions aligned with business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all technical aspects within the factory, including compressors, packaging machines, fryers, roasters, mixers, and generators. Address short-term and long-term technical issues promptly and effectively. Conduct thorough root-cause analysis to identify service interruptions and implement preventive measures. Diagnose hardware or software faults in these systems and resolve issues in person or remotely. Perform tests and analyze results to make informed recommendations for equipment repairs. Maintain accurate updates in systems and databases with meticulous attention to detail. Document all work performed and recommended actions on repair orders.
