    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements and SkillsB.Sc Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.Minimum of 10 years experience as a Sales Manager, area manager or similar senior sales roleB2B sales experience from food & beverage industryWell networked within procurement hierarchy of customersCan discuss various flexible and laminate specs and structures with customersComes across as sales driven and communicates well in EnglishAbility to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)Familiarity with CRM softwareUnderstanding of store operationsAbility to lead and motivate a high performance sales teamExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitudeAvailability to travel as needed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Create area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectivesSupport Store Managers with day-to-day store operationEvaluate store and individual performancesReport on area sales resultsForecast quarterly and annual profitsIdentify hiring needs, select and train new salespeoplePrepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibilityAnalyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growthAddress potential problems and suggest prompt solutionsParticipate in decisions for expansion or acquisitionSuggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
