    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager located in Ajah. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, making reservations, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Daily tasks will include greeting visitors, managing phone calls, coordinating front desk activities, and providing administrative support to the team.

    Qualifications

    • Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
    • Experience in performing Receptionist Duties and handling Reservations
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
    • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field

    Salary- 300,000 Monthly Gross
