Managing the relationship with our landlords and deal with rental related issues Organising office meetings and managing delivery of set actions in a timely manner Managing the relationship with Insurance brokers for company goods Liaising weekly with the MD to ensure any actions are addressed on the PO's Responsible for all office and flat equipment payments repair Initiating Directing Customer facing communication to ensure orders are expedited as swiftly smoothly as possible Working closely with expediting logistics team on local long distance deliveries Ensuring asset register is kept up to date by Accountants Supporting Accounts team FIRS LIRS audits supervision of number staff Manage ISO audits Documentation Reporting training Gem Medical Development DoCD MD Requirement HND / BSc Degree in Supply chain management related field 5+ years work experience same similar job role Analytical strategic thinking skills advanced problem solving skills Proficient Microsoft office multi tasking abilities Interpersonal skills communication skills written verbal Organisation time management Investigative team work integrity honesty Innovative expanding company
