- Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.

- Documenting accurately all customer information on organization software.

Requirements: - Minimum of BSC/HND in any field of study.
- Minimum of two(2) years experience as a customer support or marketing officer.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Must be comfortable with pets (dogs & cats).
