    Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Provide relevant benefits and features of products and services offered.
  • Documenting accurately all customer information on organization software.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Providing timely and consistent feedback to customers.
  • Soliciting and resolving customer complaints within the defined resolution timeframe.
  • Upselling and cross-selling to clients on products and services.
  • Maintain a clean ambiance of the working station and environment.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times when interacting with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
    Requirements:
  • Minimum of BSC/HND in any field of study.
  • Minimum of two(2) years experience as a customer support or marketing officer.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Must be comfortable with pets (dogs & cats).
