Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of daily tasks, including managing administrative and clerical duties, answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, and providing exceptional support to executives.
Additional responsibilities may include coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient office operations.Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, with a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining confidentiality.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
