    Description

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a passionate and strategic Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and launching innovative products that enhance the way we deliver entertainment experiences and manage PR campaigns.
    • You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and user research to go-to-market strategy and post-launch optimization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute long-term product strategies that align with company objectives, market trends and needs.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, market trends and audience preferences to inform product decisions.
    • Product Development & Cross-functional collaborations: Lead the product development process from concept to launch, collaborating with cross functional teams including engineering, marketing, and content creation.
    • Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals, user feedback and technical considerations.
    • Technical Expertise: Understand the technical aspects of the product and being able to communicate effectively with the engineering teams.
    • 6eature Prioritization: Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, business objectives and technical feasibility.
    • User Experience UX Design: Champion customer-centric design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences for our audience through effective UX design.
    • Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating marketing efforts.
    • Data Analysis and Iteration: Analyse product metrics and user feedback to iterate on the product and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
    • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, to communicate product updates and gather feedback.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment.
    • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring that the product delivers value.
    • Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, milestones and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of product timelines.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators KPIs to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field master's degree a plus.
    • Minimum 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the entertainment.
    • Strong understanding of user experience UX principles and design thinking methodologies.
    • Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Passion for the entertainment industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products. a plus
