HND/BSC in Administration or related field1+ year experience in customer service & office management.MS Office proficiency.Customer Relationship & Management.Conflict Resolution Skills.Ability to multi-task effectively.Friendliness and great Interpersonal Skills.Adequate knowledge of our products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff.Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.Follow office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.Attend to clients' needs and inquiries and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and visitors.
