- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
- They will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and act as a liaison between employees and management
Requirements: - HND/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working in a HR position
- Relevant skills and experience in counseling, training, compensation/benefits, and payroll are a plus.
- Certification in Human Resources or related field is also preferred.
- Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Ability to design and implement HR programs and initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
