    Description

    Role Objectives

    The role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of product allocations to the Organisation, engaging the respective partners and governmental stakeholders to ensure shipment of product to customers both internationally and domestically. The role is also responsible for the accuracy of shipments and meeting all documented service requirements

    Responsibilities

    • Meets with operators to understand production work plan for the year and ensure accuracy of allocation to the Company.
    • Analyses production reports and weekly production plan, raising issues that would impact the achievement of the Company's production figures.
    • Recommends and assists in implementing operating procedures and promotes continual improvement within the department and the company
    • Manages and ensures all commercial issues are captured in Sales and Purchase agreements - Crude Oil Handling Agreement (CHA), Crude Oil Transportation Agreement (CTA), Crude Swap Contract (SWC) and Gas Sales Aggregation Agreement (GSAA) ? Build relationships with existing and new off takers, terminal operators, cluster members, identifying their current and future needs.
    • Builds, maintains, and leverages a network of industry relationships to support an active business development environment, increasing market awareness of Chappal's capabilities.
    • Liaise with all JV partners and relevant government authorities, including personal visits, for export liftings.

      Experience
      • A bachelor's degree in business administration, Shipping, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is required.
      • An advanced degree (MBA or relevant master's degree) is an advantage.
      • Minimum of years cognate experience, 5 of which must have been in a management position in oil and gas or a similar organization.
      • Evidence of industry/sector participation
      • The ideal candidate for this position must be analytical, well-organized, and possess excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable with managing paperwork and utilizing information systems.
