Description

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Maintain network uptime ensuring stable connectivity at all times.
Attend to and resolve user system related issues.
Providing technical support across the company
Troubleshooting and promptly resolving the hardware issues as they arise.
Setting up accounts for new users
Escalate issues immediately to the reporting Manager.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology


REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year experience.
Should have basic knowledge on Networking.
Have good Communication and technical.
Good Problem solving skills.
An ability to stick to strict deadlines
