    Description

    Our client, a reputable firm in the Electronics Industry, is recruiting to fill the position of Sales Coordinator.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate sales team Branches across Pan Nigeria by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information on regular intervals
    • Prepare and maintain sales and performance data in .xlsx and ppt format and present reports
    • Handle the processing of all Sales orders with accuracy and timeliness on the company's software.
    • Inform clients/ team of unforeseen delays or challenges.
    • Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements on regular basis
    • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
    • Ensure self and team for adherence to company policies

    Requirements

    • A minimum of B.SC/HND degree from a reputable university.
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office etc.
    • A team player with high level of dedication
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
