- Coordinate sales team Branches across Pan Nigeria by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information on regular intervals
- Prepare and maintain sales and performance data in .xlsx and ppt format and present reports
- Handle the processing of all Sales orders with accuracy and timeliness on the company's software.
- Inform clients/ team of unforeseen delays or challenges.
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements on regular basis
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure self and team for adherence to company policies
- A minimum of B.SC/HND degree from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office etc.
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
