    Deposit & Liability Mobilization Officer

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Deposit & Liability Mobilization Officer to join our team at Blakskill Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective deposit mobilization strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sourcing Funds: Identify and onboard new customers to expand our deposit portfolio.
    • Market Strategies: Develop and execute market strategies to attract individual and corporate clients for deposit products.
    • Customer Relationships: Regularly engage customers to understand their financial needs and propose tailored solutions.
    • KYC/KYB Compliance: Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote deposit and liability products.
    • Tailored Solutions: Educate potential and existing clients about the benefits of our deposit offerings.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative strategies to meet and exceed deposit mobilization targets.

    Requirements

    • Investment Portfolio Management: Proven experience in managing investment portfolios.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Target Achievement: Strong track record of achieving targets and growing revenue streams.
    • Financial Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements.
    • Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric approach with a focus on building strong relationships.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or related fields.
    • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
