Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Account Management Officer to join our dynamic telecommunications team.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions, and driving client satisfaction and retention.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills,
the ability to manage multiple accounts,
and a proven track record of cross-selling and upselling services to increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years proven experience in Account Management Client Services or similar roles within telecommunications or related sectors.
