- Management of ophthalmic diseases.
- Responsible for running Ophthalmology Clinics.
- Coordinating outreach activities.
- Teaching Resident Doctors.
- Performing ophthalmic surgeries such as Cataract, Pterygium.
- MBBS Degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 2 years post-residency training.n .
- A license to practice ophthalmology in Nigeria.
- Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons and/or National Postgraduate Medical College or equivalent qualification such as the FRCS or FACS.
- Proficiency in the use of Ophthalmic equipment.
