    Job Summary:


    The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote Telairvision's products and services.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, be able to
    lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, and measure their success.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Marketing Strategy:
    o Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to
    increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
    o Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing
    efforts.


    Content Creation and Management:
    o Create, curate, and manage digital content across all digital channels,
    including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
    o Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality content
    that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.


    SEO and SEM:
    o Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic
    search rankings.
    o Plan and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research,
    ad creation, and performance analysis.


    Social Media Management:
    o Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and
    grow our online community.
    o Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and
    comments in a timely manner.


    Email Marketing:
    o Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters,
    promotional offers, and automated workflows.
    o Segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences to improve
    targeting and effectiveness.

    Analytics and Reporting:
    o Track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign
    performance using tools such as Google Analytics.

    o Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting areas for
    improvement and opportunities for growth.


    Budget Management:
    o Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).


    Stay Updated:
    o Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best
    practices.
    o Suggest and implement new digital marketing strategies to stay ahead of the
    competition.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM,
    social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads,
    Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
