- Plan and execute concrete works, including precast and site concrete pouring.
- Arranging materials and allocating crews for concrete production activities.
- Collaborate with batching plant operators, carpentry and steel fixing, other foremen to ensure timely, quality and safe work execution.
- Train and develop masons and helpers on proper techniques and equipment handling.
- Monitor equipment/ mixers, tools, precast molds, and material usage and report any shortages.
- Report Manpower daily Manpower Time Sheet / Concrete production report
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to superiors for improvement.
- BSC in any relevant field
- A proven track record in the construction industry, specifically concrete production, precast, and pouring at site, in the field of asphalt road construction and associated civil activities.
- Know-how of concreting activities, including precast of drains and box culverts.
- Strong understanding of material control, production planning, and concrete quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and follow superior instructions. English communication skills.
