The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, proficiency in using HR systems and analytics tools, and in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a B.Sc/HND degree in Human Resources or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a rapidly growing or changing organization is highly desirable.
