    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role located in Benin City for a Farm Internal Control Officer.

    The Farm Internal Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring effective internal control systems, conducting audits, and monitoring compliance with financial policies.

    Additionally, the officer will assess risk management procedures, prepare audit reports, and provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency of operations.

    Qualifications

    Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance
    Strong Communication and Internal Controls skills
    Experience in Auditing
    Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
    Attention to detail and accuracy
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
    Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
