Marketplace Growth Associate - Lagos

Job Summary
We are looking for a driven 'Marketplace Growth Associate' to help expand our seller network and increase product variety.You will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, vetting, and onboarding new vendors — directly contributing to the growth of our multi-category marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit high-quality vendors (fashion designers
, beauty brands,
electronics sellers,
home goods suppliers,
etc.) through physical visiting,
social media outreach,
email campaigns,
industry networks,and referrals - Vet applicants: review business legitimacy,police records check,your products quality via photos/samples/pricing alignment with platform standards Onboard approved vendors: guide them through listing setup photo guidelines pricing strategiesand platform tools Provide ongoing support answer questions help optimize listings resolve issues encourage consistent product uploads Track key metrics applications received approval rate active vendors products listed Build long-term vendor relationships boost retention encourage more listings Collaborate with marketing operations teams align vendor growth with promotions new category launches Requirements
