JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any related field or its equivalent Technical knowledge of automotive electrical systems, including schematics and wiring diagrams. Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and scan tools. Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical problems. Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties Diagnose electrical problems using specialized tools and techniques. Repair or replace faulty electrical components, such as alternators, starters, batteries, wiring, and lighting systems. Install new electrical equipment, including aftermarket stereos, alarms, and navigation systems. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to prevent future problems. Test and inspect electrical circuits to ensure proper functionality. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and explain repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
