A media manager who will oversee the creation, distribution, and management of content across various media channels, including social media, print, broadcast, and digital platforms. Their primary goal is to build and maintain a consistent brand image, engage with audiences, and convey the organization's message.

Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management: Developing content for various platforms, including press releases, social media, and websites.
- Social Media Management: Building and managing social media profiles, creating engaging content, and monitoring online presence.
- Media Relations: Identifying press opportunities, conducting press conferences, and serving as the organization's media liaison.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Planning and executing media campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing performance.
- Team Management: Leading a team of content creators, community managers, and other stakeholders.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring media trends, analyzing performance data, and providing regular reports.
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring key messages align with business strategies and maintaining brand consistency across all media channels.
- Crisis Management: Developing and implementing crisis management protocols for social media channels.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in media management, social media management, or a related role
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics or social media marketing certifications, can be beneficial
- Strong understanding of media trends and marketing practices
- Good Writing Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to create engaging content for various platforms
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and team management skills
