Responsibilities:

Market Research:

• Conduct thorough market research to unearth potential suppliers, identify trends, and explore new product opportunities.
• Analyze market data to provide informed recommendations on product selection and optimal sourcing strategies.

Supplier Identification and Evaluation:

• Collaborate in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, considering factors such as product quality, costeffectiveness, and reliability.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a comprehensive database of qualified suppliers.

Communication and Coordination:

• Establish clear and open communication channels within the team using messaging platforms, project management tools, and regular team meetings.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, particularly procurement, to ensure efficient and timely product sourcing processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain meticulous records of product features, specifications, and pricing details.
• Generate insightful reports summarizing key sourcing metrics and performance indicators.

Quality Control:

• Play an active role in the quality control process by verifying product samples and specifications against established standards.
• Implement effective quality controls to ensure acquired products meet specified standards and requirements.

Learning and Development:

• Actively seek opportunities for learning within the product sourcing industry and supply chain management.
• Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills relevant to the role.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Tech, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailoriented with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
