JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, with a focus on healthcare facilities. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description Oversee the maintenance and repair of hospital facilities, including building infrastructure, medical equipment, and utility systems. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations. Manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and supervision for all maintenance activities. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
