- Promote and market properties to potential buyers through various channels such as online listings, social media, networking events, and direct marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for property sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings for interested buyers.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with buyers, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
- Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents and brokers, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements: - Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Abuja is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property.
