Description
Job DescriptionUpdating knowledge of sales, documentation, property management and promotional events.
Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations and advertising.
Providing guidelines and guidance to clients on the application of procedures, and monitoring tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
BA / B.Sc / HND / OND in Marketing or any related discipline
Minimum of 3 years experience in a real estate/Sales Executive
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Possess strong negotiating and transactional skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making
Experienced as a real estate sales executive is an added advantage.
