- Customer Service Excellence: A strong customer-service orientation with a patient, empathetic, and helpful attitude.
- Organizational Prowess: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to learn new school-specific software quickly.
