A Male Site Supervisor is required for our island-based project.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and maintain high standards of quality and safety on site.
• Provide cost estimates for assigned workstreams.
• Escalate issues with staff or projects to management in a timely manner.
• Oversee field staff and subcontractors, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage the medical toolbox and provide assistance when needed.
• Maintain incident reports and communicate them to management.
• Ensure site cleanliness and manage waste disposal.
• Take progress report pictures, upload them to a designated location, and share relevant images for weekly reporting.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure staff are present, properly dressed, and organized.
• Submit weekly reports on site progress in Word documents, including updated pictures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or IT.
• Project Management certification.
• Health and Safety compliance certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in this field.
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and MS Project.
• Strong communication and management skills.
