- Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of all invoices and monitor outstanding payments.
- Manage banking activities including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment.
- Assess and manage credit risk.
- Implement credit control policies and procedures to minimize bad debts.
- Process payroll accurately and in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Preparation of Accounts:
- Prepare Monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
- Assist in the development of monthly budgets.
- Monitor budget performance and provide analysis to support decision-making.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Must be based on or close to the Island and available to work 5 days a week.

- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
