    Description

    Job Title: Operation Manager

    The Site Supervisor/Lead is responsible for overseeing site operations, managing people, material handling equipment (MHEs), and clients. They will distribute MHEs to various locations on site, supervise operators, and monitor MHE maintenance with batteries.

    • Submit daily reports, including WhatsApp and main reports, at specified times.
    • Attend daily operations meetings to discuss site challenges and assign tasks.
    • Conduct site tours, perform Behavior Observation Study (BOS), and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
    • Liaise with shift technicians to execute plan maintenance and oversee all maintenance activities, repairs, and cleaning.
    • Validate MHE checklists and conduct daily spare part stock counts to ensure accuracy.
    • Provide tool-box training and safety briefings to operators.
    • Inspect MHEs daily with the technician to identify faults and defects, and implement corrections.
    • Track drivers' licenses and fire extinguishers weekly to ensure validity.
    • Review pending operator issues, such as HMO, salary, and PPE, and escalate concerns.
    • Ensure daily availability reconciliation with no downtime.
    • Meet with client representatives daily to address issues and pending challenges.
    • Monitor and supervise daily cleaning, garage cleaning, MHE cleaning, 5S, and good housekeeping practices.
    • Respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and other assigned tasks from superiors.
