    Responsibilities
    Monitor project advancement, identify potential risks, and implement risk management strategies.
    Develop project documents like plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
    Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects according to defined timelines and objectives.
    Aid in developing and implementing project management processes, tools, and best practices.
    Support the upkeep of project-related databases, documentation repositories, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
    Ensure seamless communication and alignment with other team members throughout the project lifecycle.
    Identify avenues to enhance project management practices and improve team productivity.
    Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to gather project requirements, and specify deliverables
    Conduct research, analyze data, and undertake market studies to guide project decision-making.
    Manage project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of action items and follow-ups.

    Required Skills
    Proficient problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multifunctional teams.
    Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks.
    Strong interpersonal abilities to foster relationships across varied stakeholder levels.
    Proficiency in utilizing productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
    Previous project management experience is advantageous.
    Strong organizational skills and adeptness in task prioritization.
    Exceptional written and verbal communication for clear conveyance of complex information.
