Job summary
The Finance Officer is responsible for maintaining accounts,ensuring payment processing and ERP encoding are updated regularly,
and meeting monthly closure deadlines.
Duties include checking invoices,
petty cash payments
,expenditure reports
,project advance requests
,travel claims and settlements in accordance with International IDEA policies.
This position requires a university degree in finance or equivalent discipline,
a minimum of three years experience in bookkeeping or accounting capacity.
