Head of Branding and Content team - Ilorin, Kwara State

Job summary

We are seeking a Head of Branding & Content Team, a creative leader who can build and shape the voice of Al-Ameen Spark and its clients.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Al-Ameen Spark's brand identity, tone, and storytelling framework.
• Lead the branding and content team (Content Writers, Designers, Video Editors, and Creators).
• Develop and oversee content strategies for both internal and client projects.
• Collaborate with the Social Media and Strategy teams to ensure unified messaging.
• Review and approve content to maintain consistency and quality.
• Introduce new creative systems, workflows, and content formats for engagement.
• Train, motivate, and ensure synergy across the creative and social teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in branding, content strategy, or creative direction.
• Deep understanding of brand storytelling and digital communication.
• Proven ability to lead a team of writers, designers, and creators.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, messaging, and storytelling flow.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and clarity.
• Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to deliver under limited supervision.
