    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Network Administrator.Experience & Skills: CISCO Certification (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) is required Solid understanding of network protocols, topologies and security principles Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools Experience with cloud networking solutions and services Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Attributes: Client focused, relationship builder Integrity, honest with high ethical standards Boundless, passionate and flexible Personal excellence, accuracy and attention to detail Collaborative, achieve results through teamwork and partnerships Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources Excellent English language communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people Excellent network diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Objective We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience in network administration. The ideal candidate should hold a CISCO Certification or equivalent the role is pivotal in maintaining and optimising our organisation's network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity, security and efficiency.Key Duties & Duties Design, implement, and manage the organization's local and wide-area networks (LANs and WANs) Ensure network architecture meets current and future business requirements Network Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organisation's networks and systems Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary measures to address vulnerabilities. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve network issues in a timely manner to minimise downtime. Perform routine maintenance, updates and patches to ensure optimal network performance Hardware and Software Management: Manage network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls and other networking equipment Collaborate with IT teams to install, configure and maintain network-related software Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes and incidents Provide regular reports on network performance and security
