**Job Summary**

Develop and execute a comprehensive real estate marketing strategy to drive high-quality leads and close sales.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to design and implement successful marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth to inform marketing activities.
• Oversee all marketing and sales activities, including advertising and promotional events.
• Lead the media team in creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Supervise the development of marketing materials, from digital assets to print collateral.
• Evaluate and report on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• A seasoned graduate with a strong academic background.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate sector is highly desirable.
