JOB SUMMARY
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with years relevant work experience.Proven experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry, preferably in plastics manufacturing.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in project management .Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve production targets and quality standards.Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive continuous optimization.Oversee equipment maintenance and upgrades to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
