Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Farm Manager located in Gwagwalada. The Farm Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the farm, including resource management, staff supervision, and implementation of agricultural best practices. Responsibilities include managing irrigation systems, ensuring the health and productivity of crops and livestock, and maintaining farm equipment and infrastructure. Additionally, the Farm Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities for optimal farm output and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Farm Management, Agriculture, and overall farm operation practices
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques
• Skills in managing poultry operations and ensuring livestock productivity
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain equipment and infrastructure on a farm
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field (preferred)
• Experience working in a similar role or related agricultural field
