Job Summary

A Site Manager will oversee daily site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. They will provide cost estimates, manage staff and subcontractors, monitor the medical toolbox, and maintain site cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on site
• Provide cost estimates for assigned workstreams
• Escalate project issues to management in a timely manner
• Oversee field staff and subcontractors to meet deadlines
• Monitor the medical toolbox and provide assistance as needed
• Maintain incident reports and communicate them to management
• Manage site cleanliness and organization
• Take progress report pictures and upload them to designated locations
• Coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution
• Write and submit weekly reports on site progress using Microsoft Word
• Ensure staff attendance, dress code, and coordination on site

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or IT
• Project Management certification
• Health and Safety compliance certification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in this field
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and MS Project
• Strong communication and management skills
