    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
    • Provide accurate information about products,pricing, and availability.
    • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
    • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' products/services.
    • To move all orders to the ERP sheet.


    • Previous experience in a customer service or related role preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
    • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
    • Bsc / HND in any relevant field.
    • Proximity to location.
