    Sales Supervisor

    Location: Owerri

    Salary: ₦100,000 monthly (plus HMO, performance bonuses, sales commission, and access to training & career development)

    Role Overview

    We are looking for experienced Sales Supervisors to lead sales teams in a real estate company. The role involves guiding sales agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring targets are achieved in line with company objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise, train, and motivate field sales teams.

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    • Monitor and analyze sales activities and market conditions.

    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

    • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or related field.

    • Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in sales.

    • Experience in real estate marketing/sales is a strong advantage.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
