- Develop marketing strategies to make Caring Habitat a household name in the community
- Develop marketing budget
- Managing the production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters etc.
- Content development for awareness creation through the various social media platform
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing advertisements in traditional/online media
- Organizing and attending events that will generate market lead for the organization
- Relating with partner hospitals, clinics and other healthcare professionals to establish mutually beneficial relationships
- Conducting market research and leveraging on data to advise management on market leads and opportunities.
- Other duties assigned relating to marketing and development of business strategies
Requirements: - Minimum academic qualification of a Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Experience in Health Care Marketing is a mandatory requirement
- 5 years professional experience in sales/marketing especially in the health sector.
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Networking, prospecting, public speaking and presentation skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of metrics and analytics and understanding of campaign effectiveness
- Knowledge of social media marketing and website content management
- Knowledge of PR and event planning
- Friendly, confident and enjoys interpersonal relationship

- Must be creative, dynamic and innovative
- Ability to work under pressure
