    Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Meetings: Medical sales representatives arrange meetings with potential and existing customers, which include doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. These meetings serve as opportunities to present company products and discuss their benefits.
  • Product Presentation: They present their company's medical products to potential and existing customers, aiming to persuade them to make purchases. Effective communication and product knowledge are essential in this role.
  • Identifying Customer Needs: Medical sales reps identify the specific needs of their customers and recommend company products that best fulfill those needs. Understanding the unique requirements of healthcare professionals is crucial for success.
  • Maintaining Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers is vital. Providing excellent after-sales service ensures customer satisfaction and encourages repeat business.
  • Arranging Conferences and Events: Medical sales representatives organize conferences and group events for medical professionals. These gatherings facilitate networking, product education, and collaboration.
  • Staying Informed: Regularly attending industry events, training sessions, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops keeps them up-to-date with the latest developments. They also research competitors' products, pricing, and market success.

    Requirements:
