    Job Description:

    A Christian ministry is seeking a sales and marketing professional to drive outreach, partnerships, and resource distribution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Revenue Growth:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve the reach of ministry resources and increase revenue from books, teaching materials, and merchandise.
    • Identify and explore new markets, including bookstores, churches, online platforms, and Christian events.
    • Establish partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and Christian retailers.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure availability.

    Marketing & Brand Promotion:

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote ministry resources through digital, print, and social media channels.
    • Manage the ministry's e-commerce platform and ensure an excellent customer experience.
    • Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and product descriptions.
    • Organize book launches, ministry events, and speaking engagements to drive sales.
    • Leverage social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to boost awareness and engagement.

    Online & Offline Distribution:

    • Manage online sales channels (e.g., ministry website, Amazon, Christian bookstores, e-commerce platforms).
    • Develop strategies to expand sales at ministry events, conferences, and church services.
    • Work with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.

    CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, churches, and ministry partners.
    • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
    • Gather feedback from customers and ministry partners to improve products and services.

    Key Requirements:

    • A strong Christian faith and alignment with the ministry's mission.
    • Proven experience in sales, marketing, retail management, or business development (experience in Christian publishing or merchandise sales is a plus).
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media strategies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to develop and manage budgets, track sales performance, and analyze trends.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing tools, and e-commerce platforms.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
