- This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchant Acquisition Specialist at Aku in Awka.
- The Merchant Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to acquiring and managing merchant accounts.
- This includes identifying potential merchants, onboarding new merchants, providing customer support, and managing relationships with existing merchants.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of finance and banking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Experience in merchant acquisition or sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
