+The Business Development Executive will lead sales activities from pipeline creation to conversion across B2C and B2B clients.+

Responsibilities

++• Oversee daily sales operations,+client engagements,+follow-ups,+and closing processes.+• Identify cross-selling opportunities across hospitality,+proptech,+and lifestyle subsidiaries.+• Structure co-selling arrangements,+referral partnerships,+and multi-unit corporate deals.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business,sales,making management,or real estate.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development (real estate,finance,consulting high-performance environments preferred).
