    **Job Description**

    As an IT Quality Assurance Officer at HRD Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of our IT systems and applications.

    This position requires a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and tools, as well as experience with automation testing and performance monitoring tools.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks, policies, and best practices for IT systems.
    2. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing for software applications and banking platforms.
    3. Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
    4. Ensure compliance with IT security, regulatory, and banking industry standards.
    5. Work closely with developers, system administrators, and business teams to enhance system reliability.
    6. Automate testing processes using modern tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    7. Monitor IT system performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
    8. Provide training on quality assurance best practices to IT teams.

    2. Speed and accuracy of defect detection and resolution.
    3. Compliance with security and regulatory standards.
    4. Efficiency of testing processes and automation adoption.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in IT quality assurance, software testing, or system auditing, preferably within the banking sector. You will also need a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail), experience with automation testing and performance monitoring tools, and knowledge of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance in banking IT systems.
