    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and follow-ups.
  • Route Planning
  • Retail coverage expansion
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets across categories.
  • Preparing daily and weekly reports.
  • Understanding and executing company promotion activities.
  • New product penetration
  • Daily account reconciliation of customer accounts and self.
  • Credit management
  • Communicating market intel to HQ.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of in any discipline
  • The ability to drive a sales van (manual gear) is a must
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Experience in van sales, especially in FMCG or Telecoms
  • Deep understanding of the selling process and market dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external customers
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of Nnewi and envrions.
  • Preferred candidate location: Nnewi, Anambra State

    Remuneration: NGN 100,000 (Salary monthly is NGN 80,000 while incentive monthly is NGN 20,000)
