    We are seeking a proactive and strategic
    Operations Lead

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across teams, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor
      operational policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks

    KPIs and performance metrics
